Do I require Planning Permission for an Instaspace Shed/Garage?
In the majority of standard sheds, garages, workshops Planning Permission is not required. However if you are in doubt check with your local authority Planning Department
What type of Base do I need?
All our buildings require a flat, level concrete base.
What size Base do I need?
Base must be 1ft. wider all around that building size selected e.g 10ft. x 12 garage needs a 11ft. x 13ft. base. Base should not be any larger than this as there may be a tendency for rainwater to lie at doors, etc.
How thick should my base be?
Base should be at least 6" thick
Where can I position my Base?
Base must be kept at least 4" from any walls or fences to allow for installation of gutters and downpipes.

How Long after ordering will my Building be delivered?
Typically from the time we receive your order delivery is 3-4 weeks for a standard building
