Construction

Walls

Buildings are constructed from the most durable materials available. Concrete panels in 12”, 18”, and 24” widths are precast at our factory in Duleek and left to cure, ensuring that the concrete has reached its maximum strength prior to delivery.

Roof

Trusses are also factory prefabricated. Our standard roof covering is the award winning ‘Nordman Profile’ tile effect sheeting, available in a choice of four colours.

Red, Brown, Black and Grey

As well as blending in to match existing roof coverings in the vicinity of your new garage, the plastisol coating on this product contributes to the maintenance free nature of the ‘Instaspace’ building.
