What We Did

The project included on-site installation of a 378m2 modular, prefabricated building, over two floors and completion of all associated site works, within 7.5 weeks.

Instaspace Modular manufactured, transported and installed seven mainstream classrooms, two administration offices and a caretaker’s room.

Key Points

Health and safety considerations were paramount in achieving full delivery of this project within an active secondary school environment
The building’s interior was decorated according to our client’s specification and included internal finishes and floor coverings
A total mechanical and electrical fit-out, plus commissioning, testing and certification was also undertaken
The exterior works included access ramps, stairs, landings and railings to comply with part M of the current building regulations
