Instaspace Modular was successful in winning the tender to manufacture and install a two storey, fully functional, standalone, modular, prefabricated building, within existing school grounds.

The bespoke build consisted of two number classrooms with toilets and a store.

The project brief included all works, from site preparation, through to internal finish.

  • The pre-fab units were manufactured off-site, then transported and craned into position on-site.
