Instaspace Modular was contracted to build a single storey, fully functional kitchen and canteen area to accommodate sixty people, at Coolmine Depot, Staff Canteen. The 144m2 galvanised steel, modular, pre-fab, unit with adjacent 36m2 external covered veranda was commissioned by Fingal County Council.
To complete the project, Instaspace Modular carried out all specified works, from site preparation to interior and exterior finish, in compliance with current building regulations.
We prepared and drained the site. The prefabricated units were manufactured off-site, transported, craned-in and installed on site.
