Dublin City University Commissioned Instaspace Modular to deliver a 230m2 building consisting of Archive/Print Room, Meeting Room, Security Office, Facilities Officer Office, Open Plan Office Space, Cellular Office, Locker Room, Disabled Toilets and Shower Room, Maintenance/Canteen, Maintenance Super & Grounds Office and Contractors Reception all on the grounds of Dublin City University.
The building has a plastisol steel exterior finish which was then covered with timber cedar cladding and the roof top is grass.
The building meets airtightness, BER and Thermographic survey tests, reports and certification. Delivery, Installation and completion of all associated site works, within 5 weeks.
