Instaspace Modular was commissioned by Dublin Dunlaoghaire Education and Training Board to manufacture and install Classroom Buildings.

We provided a 350m2 steel framed modular, prefabricated classroom building, which consisted of 4 x 80m2 classrooms with a toilet in each.

The pre-fab units were manufactured off-site, transported, craned-in and installed on site.

Key Points

The total turn-key project was delivered in 2 Phases each completed in 4 Weeks, to an agreed deadline.
The complete mechanical and electrical fit-out was carried out to suit school requirements.
We also provided floor covering and decoration to suit specific needs.
Instaspace Modular installed ramps and steps along with additional car parking and road markings
All disturbed areas were landscaped.
The total turn-key package was finished to the highest standard, in accordance with current building regulations.
Instaspace Modular also delivered on commissioning, testing and certification.
