Instaspace Modular was awarded the contract to manufacture and install a fully functional single storey, prefabricated, modular building, 1,100m2 in size, to create much needed additional teaching areas, for Kingswood Post Primary School.
We completed all aspects of the build from site preparation and off-site pre-fab construction to transportation for on-site crane installation, through to fit-out of internal areas and external finishes.
The project brief included the provision of a building that would incorporate space for 6 Classrooms, science lab, art room, technology room, multi-purpose room, offices, toilets and circulation space.
