Instaspace Modular was successful in winning the tender to manufacture and install a 90m2, fully functional, standalone, modular, prefabricated building, within existing college grounds for O'Carolan College, Nobber, Co. Meath.
The bespoke build consisted of three special education rooms and a private meeting suite.
The project brief included all works, from site preparation, through to internal finish, all of which were carried out in line with current building regulations.
Instaspace Modular secured the area of works, rendered the site ready for the new build and ensured the provision of adequate drainage.
The pre-fab units were manufactured off-site, then transported and craned into position on-site.
