Instaspace Modular were commissioned by our client to install a fully functional school building in a standalone position on the existing school grounds.
The timber framed construction system consisting of 49 Modules made up of 4 classroom blocks, each containing 2 classrooms, stores, wc's and circulation areas. Also an Art classroom, an ICT room and 2D Studio.
The phases of the project included the manufacture, transportation and installation of the bespoke prefabricated modular building.
