Instaspace Modular was successful in winning the tender to manufacture and install a 388m2, single storey, modular, pre-fab, building to create additional teaching space for Ratoath Community College.
Our work included all aspects of the build, from site preparation to off-site manufacture of modular units, transportation and site installation, through to internal and externally finished works.
We completed a total fit-out of units, including full mechanical and electrical installations, together with complete internal decoration and laying of floor covering, according to client specification.
