Instaspace Modular was contracted to manufacture and install a fully functioning teaching facility, to house seven resource rooms, toilets - including two disability toilets and an administration office for Sacred Heart Boys’ National School, Dublin.
We constructed the modular, pre-fabricated units off-site and craned them into position to create a 240m2 Plastisol steel exterior finished building.
Our work included securing existing site, demolishing existing derelict building and disposing of materials off site. Once cleared, the site was drained, in preparation for installation of the new build.
All works, from site preparation through to finish were carried out to the highest standard, in accordance with current building regulations.
