Instaspace Modular was successful in winning the tender to manufacture and install a 160m2, single storey, double classroom modular, pre-fab, building on the grounds of Carrigtwohill GAA Club to create additional teaching space for Scoil Chlíodhna CNS.

Our work included all aspects of the build, from site preparation to off-site manufacture of modular units, transportation and site installation, through to internal and external finish.

We completed a total fit-out of units, including full mechanical and electrical installations, together with complete internal decoration and laying of floor covering, according to client specification.

Key Points

All work was completed to the highest standards, in order to meet client expectations and in line with current building regulations.
The total turnkey project was carried out within a busy sports environment, in the agreed 6 week, time frame.
The finished and fitted-out, prefabricated building provided two mainstream classrooms with kitchen units, IT stations and shelving units.
Each classroom also contained 1 standard toilet and 1 number ambulant toilet, along with mechanical ventilation to suit.
Instaspace Modular delivered a plywood deck with access steps and handrails, in addition to making good any disturbed ground.
We commissioned, tested and certified the fully operational, pre-fab building.
