Instaspace Modular were commissioned to construct additional school facilities which included, construction of a single story modular Building consisting of, 2 General Classrooms, One multi-Sensory room, Staff WC’s, 3 General WC’s, And Assisted user WC, on an active existing school site. Health and safety was our priority, once a safety plan was agreed with all stakeholders work commenced. Entire project was completed in 5 weeks with the buildings installed, commissioned, complete internal fit out and decoration ready for the school to use on programme and without incident
