From our state-of-the-art factory in Duleek, Co. Meath, we design and manufacture high-quality, regulatorily-compliant modular buildings to our customers’ specifications, and through our multi-disciplinary team, we provide a full turnkey service portfolio, ranging from pre-design consultation and planning, through building design and manufacture, and onward to building installation and post-installation support.

“Instaspace were granted the tender to construct a modular classroom for a Special Class that was recently approved in Boyerstown National School, Navan, Co. Meath.
From start to finish we had a very positive experience with Gerry and his dedicated team. Preparation site meetings were held to look at all practicalities involved, especially health and safety, which is so important when your school is a building site for five weeks.
The construction phase went off without a hitch and our own mainstream children were fascinated by the amazing work done by the site workers.
All snags to ensure the room was fully completed and safe for use by our staff and children were swiftly and appropriately dealt with by Instaspace.
Having a project like this take place while a 150 pupil school is in full operation is usually filled with worry and dread. I can only say that the whole Instaspace team and their sub-contractors were a pleasure to work with.

The builders from Instaspace kept us informed from day one and nothing was too much trouble. They were eager to make sure the building suited the children’s needs and that any small changes were made without fuss or argument.
