Each of our Modular Buildings must pass through a rigorous quality control check
before leaving our factory and being shipped to Client sites. Once delivered to site, our highly-experienced Installation & Support Team take over, ensuring that our Modular Buildings are installed according to Client instructions and specifications. Once installed, our Modular Buildings are then finished (interior and exterior), snag-listed, completed, and certified by Assigned Certifiers under the BCAR Procedure, prior to handover to Clients.

Proper integration between the site and the building (and particularly when permanent buildings are being constructed) is critical. Equally, clients value having turnkey site services available to them, including site clearance, site levelling, foundations installation, utilities connections, and site completion. Instaspace provides a full site services portfolio to our clients, from greenfield site to completed project.

Installation
Installation of modular buildings requires care and experience, in order to ensure that the buildings are properly integrated to the site, weather-proof, completed to a high standard, and in compliance with all regulations, prior to client handover. Since 1987, our installation & support team have installed more than a thousand modular buildings throughout Ireland – each modular building which we design, build, and install carries our guarantee of high quality throughout the process, to the point when our installation team hands over the building keys to our clients.

Our modular buildings are designed, manufactured, and installed to a standard which fully complies with all regulations, so when the time comes for the modular building to be certified, the process is successfully completed in the shortest possible timeframe – Including BCAR, fire safety, electrical safety, building energy regulations, and near- zero energy building regulations.

For clients who choose to lease rather than buy modular buildings from us, Instaspace Modular provides a convenient and affordable building insurance service, and clients often find this to be very convenient in comparison to them needing to separately procure insurance after the modular building is delivered and installed.
Support
Support
Whether clients choose to purchase or lease modular buildings from Instaspace Modular, our post-installation support service is available, to take care of any possible problems which may arise within the modular building. If something is not working properly or is broken, we fix it – quickly. We have a highly experienced customer support team, and we own our own custom-equipped support van fleet, providing a nationwide service to our clients.
