Offices, Canteen, Sanitary Facilities, Security Office For a Pharma Facility in Dublin

Astellas Pharma is a global pharmaceutical company focused on researching, developing,and manufacturing innovative medicines, primarily in oncology, urology, immunology, and ophthalmology. Headquartered in Tokyo, the company aims to turn advanced science into value for patients, with key focus areas including cancer treatments, cell/gene therapies, and digital health solutions.

For their facility in Damastown,Dublin 15, Astellas required the construction of a number of buildings. Working closely with Astellas’ architect, Instaspace Modular quickly designed and installed a number of A-Rated modular buildings for Astellas,including offices, canteen,sanitary facilities, and a security office.

The project was delivered within a live pharmaceutical site,with strict site health & safety requirements, and also required over 70% of the work for the manufacturing and fit-out of the modular buildings to be conducted at the Instaspace factory, prior to delivery to site.

From start to finish, Instaspace Modular delivered this project in a period of 4 weeks, as the client had an urgent requirement to occupy the new buildings.
