50-Bedroom Residential Accommodation Block

This Client required a 50-bedroom residential accommodation block to be designed and installed, and decided to choose modular construction due to its inherent speed and scalability.

Instaspace Modular designed and installed this two-storey building, with individual bedrooms and shared Shower and WC facilities. Each bedroom is equipped with a single bed, wardrobe, study desk & chair, and air conditioning, providing privacy, comfort, and security for the residents.
